The Reed Spring School District has reorganized some administrative roles and responsibilities.
According to a release from the district starting in July, Dr. Shane Dublin will become Assistant Superintendent of Operations overseeing all district operations. He currently the district’s Human Resources Director.
Liz Smith will become the Director of Business and Finance. Currently, Smith serves as the Director of Special Services and Federal Programs. She will take over the lead for the Human Resources department and assist the superintendent with finance administration.
Meanwhile, Joe Carlile has joined the school district this month as the Director of Information and Technology. Carlile has a background in technology and logistics during his time serving in the Missouri National Guard. Carlile deployments in the guard included time in Afghanistan and Kuwait according to the release.

This strategic shift is a testament to our commitment to continually enhance our district, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed the expectations of our community and stakeholders.”
