BRANSON, Mo., 7/19/2023 – The City of Branson is taking applications for the Tourism Community Enhancement District (TCED) now until end of day August 2, 2023. As required by the District’s enabling legislation, any candidate shall be either a resident of the District, own real property within the District, be employed by a business within the District, or operate a business within the District. The TCED is a special district established under Missouri State Law to promote tourism to the area by collecting and administering a sales tax used for marketing efforts that attracts visitors to the region.
