The first phase of bridge rehabilitation on the Ozark Mountain Highroad is now compete.

On Friday, the Missouri Department of Transportation announces on the Southwest District Facebook Page that eastbound Highway 76 between Highway 376 and 248 reopened on Friday after closing in August for rehabilitation of the bridge over the MNA Railroad. The original release said the bridge could be closed for up to 100 days for the first phase of work. The bridge has reopened after being closed for just over two months.

The westbound bridge will also go through rehabilitation work which is scheduled to begin in January of 2025. The work will close the Highroad west bound from 248 to 376 for several weeks.
