Holiday Food Harvest 2024 Totals an Increase from 2023

The 2024 Holiday Food Harvest presented by the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors was another successful event.

The 19th collaboration between the realtors and the Ozarks Dynacom Family of Stations saw a major increase in food donated according to Janet Bezzerides, who coordinates the Food Harvest for the board.

During an interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program, Bezzerides said the nine grocery stores collected a total of 9422 pounds of food, which is around four and a half tons, to benefit Christian Action Ministries and Salvation Army Branson. That total is nearly three times that collected in 2023.

Bezzerides adds that the total money donated, between what was collected at the stores plus donated by the realtors themselves, is nearly identical as was raised in 2023.

Ozarks Dynacom and the Tri-Lakes Board of Realtors thank all who donated to this year's event and also extend a thank you to the nine stores that acted as collection sites:

Country Mart in Branson, Forsyth, and Hollister
Harter House in Hollister and Kimberling City
Rhodes Family Price Chopper and Sun Fest in Branson
King Food Saver and Wal-Mart Supercenter in Branson West
