A member of the Kansas City Chiefs Radio Network talks about the aftermath of the shooting at the Chiefs Super Bowl Parade.
Art Hains, during an interview on KRZK's "Ozarks Now" program said that while he was not at the parade, he did receive text from colleagues including Mitch Holthus, Damon Hughes, and Dan Israel who were on stage during the event and found out quickly they were okay. Hains talked specifically about the impact on many of the young people that attended the parade, not only those that were injured but the many that witnessed the shootings and those that were hit by the gunfire.
There were several individuals from the Lakes Region that were in attendance at the parade and some of their stories are recapped in an article in the Branson Tri-Lakes News that can be found here.
Hains also recapped the Super Bowl winning season for the Chiefs during the interview that can be seen on the Ozarks Now Facebook Page.
