Faith Community Health Board of Directors announced the arrival of Kyle David as Executive Director of the Charitable Health Clinic.  David, who has held positions at Mercy Health Clinics as Director of Operations in the regional health care clinics began his tenure on October 31.

“As our clinic enters a season of growth and expansion, we are thrilled to bring on someone with a mission-driven focus in the key role of Executive Director.  Kyle’s experience in health care and knowledge of the area are a major asset to our clinic’s desire to improve access to affordable care in our community,” said founder and board member, Dr. Heather Lyons-Burney.

“The clinic, like most of us coming out of the last 2 years, has felt its own challenges. We have taken the last year to prep and fertilize the soil for the right leader to plant and grow in.  Kyle is just that leader, his understanding of the region, being a native to it, as well as his comprehension of the field have all the right ingredients to move FCH forward as it provides quality healthcare for the whole person,” said Anne E McGregor.  McGregor has been serving as the Interim Executive Director since September 2021 and will return to service on the non profits board of directors.

David, a native to the area, will bring with him a deep appreciation for the culture and the legacy of the region combined with the needed professionalism and acumen the role of Director dictates.  David cut his teeth in the field of Medical Administration at Mercy Health Clinic, Branson.  David was on the team that opened the clinic doors just months prior to the pandemic taking root on the world.  Through his work at the Branson clinic, Mercy promoted him to Regional Director of Operations, which encompassed Mercy’s 14 clinics outside of Springfield.

“Healthcare should be equitable for all,” said David. “Faith Community Health does a fantastic job filling the need for whole-person care in our community. I could not be more excited to continue to  lead this organization into a future of growth, witnessing the transformation of the lives of those we are privileged to serve.”
