The Missouri State Highway Patrol works a pair of traffic crashes where vehicles overturn.
The first takes place Friday night north of Branson on Highway 65 when a vehicle driving southbound went off the roadway and overturned. The driver of the vehicle, 41-year-old Norma Silerio Reyes of Mississippi sustained serious injuries while a seven-year-old male passenger escaped with minor injuries that were treated at Cox South Hospital in Springfield.
The second crash occurs Saturday morning on Highway 86 near Ridgedale when a vehicle driven by 62-year-old Kenneth Beck of Fenton pulled out in front of a vehicle driven by 60-year-old Dorothy Ford of Hollister causing her vehicle to overturn. Ford was not injured according to the MSHP Report while Beck sustained minor injuries in the crash and sought his own treatment.
