As Winter Weather will limit action the rest of the week, several schools have been able to get games in earlier in the week.

Tuesday
After back to back close loses, the Harrison Goblins opened 5A West Conference play on Tuesday with a close win, 64-62 at Mountain Home against the Bombers. In a game that saw several lead changes, especially in the fourth quarter, the Goblins got the game winner by Hayden Martin in the final seconds. Martin led four Goblins in double figures with 17 points.

Meanwhile, the Lady Goblins fell to the Lady Bombers in their opener 44-30. London Lee scored 12 points for the Lady Goblins.

In other action on MOARK Sports Tuesday, the Reeds Spring Wolves took the short trip to Spokane and defeated the Owls 60-29.

Also in Tuesday, another area school was in action. While the result on the court was not a happy one, with Rogersville rolling by Hollister 71-12, the Tigers did celebrate Courtwarming with Gilbert Stevens and Becky Barney being crowned as Prince and Princess and Morgan Carlson and Grace Cummings being crowned King and Queen.

Wednesday
Three area schools opened play at the Sparta Lady Trojan Classic. In the opener, the Blue Eye Lady Bulldogs pulled away in the second half for a 61-34 win over Forsyth while the host team knocked off Hollister 66-38.

Rest of the Week
Already postponed are the Sparta Lady Trojan Tournament games tonight which featured Reeds Spring playing Forsyth and Hollister against Chadwick.

Also postponed, the Friday night conference home opener for the Harrison Boys and Girls against Greenwood is rescheduled for January 28.
