Betty Joan Cain was born in Anthony, Kansas on January 4, 1932. She was the daughter of Cecil and Lola Naugle.
She married Billy Cain on March 7, 1951 in Pueblo, CO. The two moved to Branson in 2001. Betty had worked as a telephone operator, cook in the school cafeteria, bookkeeper, sales clerk and sales specialist with Meyer Family Hotels. She enjoyed needlework including knitting, crocheting, sewing as well as spending time on art projects and crafts.
Betty was a woman of God. She had attended Faith Life Church and The Glory Barn and was a part of the global Kingdom movement, Women’s Aglow International. She deeply loved the Lord, her family, friends and church family.
Betty entered into Glory on Friday, June 28, 2024 at the age of 92 in Forsyth, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents, step-mother, husband Billy, and in-laws Carol and Bruce Headley.
She is survived by her son Harold Cain & wife Cris of Moncks Corner, SC; granddaughter Amanda Cain of SC; nieces Kim Fritchie and husband Kent and Sandee McMillin and husband Bob of Lee’s Summit, MO; three great nieces and their spouses; one great nephew and his spouse and ten great great nieces and nephews.
Cremation arrangements are in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson. There will be a Celebration of Life at a later date.
