Carolyn Ann Robbins...

Carolyn Ann Robbins was born on June 29, 1944, in San Francisco, CA. She entered into eternal rest on July 23, 2024, in Kansas City, MO. Her life was a testament to love, creativity, and faith in Christ.

Carolyn's early life was spent in California. She graduated from high school in Freemont, CA, and later began working as a bartender.  She enjoyed the entertaining environment of her job and it captured the essence of her hospitality. It was during this time that she met the love of her life, Robert McCuen “Bob” Robbins. They were married on November 11, 1968 in Reno, Nevada and together, they embarked on a love-filled journey, eventually moving to Branson in 1982 to establish their beloved craft business, Country Crates by DoDa.

Carolyn's life was marked by creativity and love. She had a heart of gold, hands that crafted beauty whether tending her garden or mastering diamond dotz art, and the intellectual sharpness to be crowned the best word search solver. Summers were a special season for Carolyn as she welcomed each grandchild for a memorable week, afterwards creating a camp book to commemorate their time together.  In all that she did, Carolyn loved to have fun, laugh and love.

She was a woman of deep faith and a member of Hilltop Church of God. She especially enjoyed the summers with her church family that took her to kid’s church camp where she spent time preparing meals and enjoying fellowship.  She lived a servant’s life, always considering others above herself.

A devoted mother and grandmother, Carolyn will be missed by her children, Robert L. "Bob" Robbins and wife Shannon of Branson, and Deborah Moore and husband Mark of Kansas City; her grandchildren, Tom Wallace and wife Megan, Maggie Moore, Kathryn Jones and husband Travis, Kyle Carr, Bobby Robbins, Jr., Alex Carr, and her treasured great-grandchildren, Kylie, Ellie, Anthony, and Greyson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Peter & Catherine Barizon; her husband, Bob Robbins and her daughter, Catherine Dill.

Visitation for Carolyn will be Thursday evening, August 1 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.  Funeral services will be Friday, August 2 at 11:00 am in the funeral home with Rev. Bobby Fausett officiating and burial in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson.
