Donna Maria Grachis, age 91, of Hollister, Missouri.

Donna Maria Grachis, age 91, of Hollister, Missouri, passed away April 4, 2025, with family nearby. She came into this world July 30, 1933, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the daughter of Ralph and Eleanor (Hill) Iovine.

Donna invested many years in piano and was in a band with her second husband Donald Hyland called “Sunshine Express” where she harmonized and played keyboards, Don played bass and sang lead. Don had two daughters, Tammy & Terri, who spent much time with Donna and her children. Later they created a musical duo called “Don & Donna”. Donna and her sister Elizabeth (Honey) owned a dance studio in Indianapolis Indiana in the 1960’s. Donna’s three daughters took classes there. Donna loved to go out for social dancing. She loved decorating, organizing, and sewing. Donna worked for many years in Cape Canaveral for Premier Cruise Lines and loved to cruise herself. Donna also sold cosmetics and loved helping people feel beautiful. Family was her number one priority. She sacrificed a lot to raise her six and for much of that time, on her own. She will be dearly missed by her family and by all who knew her!

Donna is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Ted Grachis; daughter, Dana Maria; and three sisters: Jane, Elizabeth, and Sunny.

Donna is survived by two daughters: Blenda (Don) Brady of Melbourne, Florida, and Laura (Dane) Braden of Hollister, Missouri; three sons: Michael Lindenberg of Palm Beach, Florida, Ronald (Patricia) Lindenberg of Palm Beach, Florida, and Von Lindenberg of Hollister, Missouri; twelve grandchildren: Sean, Dana, Lauren, Jared, Chelsea, Eric, Brandy, Kiel, Derek, Tyler, Maya, and Rachel; and eight great-grandchildren: Brady, Caleb, Daniel, Jett, Maria, Maylea, Skye, and Irie.
