Dorothy “Sue” Hutton, age 91, of Rogers, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson, Mississippi.
She was born February 12, 1933, in Cassville, Missouri, the daughter of Everett and Lucile (Brock) Easley. On February 20, 1955, in Cassville, Missouri she was united in marriage to Dr. Ben O. Hutton who preceded her in death. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
Surviving are two sons, Jeff Hutton (Reneé) of Rogers, Arkansas and Steve Hutton (Joni) of Madison, Mississippi; four grandchildren; Amanda Bond (Jaret), Tyler Hutton (Destiny) of Rogers, Arkansas, Ben Hutton (Jennifer) and Michael Hutton (Candice) of Madison, Mississippi and seven great grandchildren, Jailyn, Jordyn, Jackson, Asher, Atticus, James and Axle.
Sue attended school in Cassville, Missouri graduating from Cassville High School in 1950. She was employed as an office manager at Family Services, Canton, Ohio and as a bank officer in the Trust Department for Citizen’s Bank (Trustmark) in Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Sue enjoyed cooking, sewing, watching Razorback sports with her husband, and helping take care of her great grandchildren. She is already missed by those that knew her and loved her.
Graveside services will be held at 10 am, Friday, July 26 at Horner Cemetery in Cassville, MO. Arrangements are under the direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
