Edward Joseph Haddad...

Edward Joseph Haddad, known to his family and friends as Eddie, entered his eternal home in Heaven on Monday, March 17, 2025 at the age of 84.

Eddie was the oldest of three children born to Joseph & Vera Haddad in Detroit, Michigan.  He grew up in Utica, MI and graduated high school there.  He then entered the workforce and worked his way to the warehouse manager for Detroit Plastic Molding Company, an automotive plastics manufacturer in Sterling Heights, MI. After 24 years of service there, he moved to Charlotte and began working with Morningside Ministry.  Eddie later moved to Blue Eye and worked 10 years with Morningside USA in television production.

Eddie will be remembered for his giving and loving demeanor.  He took the best care of his sisters and family anytime they needed help, a ride or something repaired.  He also gave of himself generously to anyone who could use a helping hand.  As a youth, Eddie enjoyed the many adventures his family undertook snowmobiling in Michigan.  He also enjoyed coin collecting and watching old movies, especially those starring Fred Astaire.

Eddie will be deeply missed by his family, sisters, Shirley Phillips of Blue Eye and Patricia Davis of Springfield; his niece and nephews, Traci Harms, Michael Phillips, David Turner and Howard Turner; several great nieces and nephews and many friends.

A celebration of Eddie’s life will be held on Monday, March 24, 2025 at 11:00 am at Morningside USA, 180 Grace Chapel Road, Blue Eye, MO 65611.

Cremation arrangements were in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
