Harrison E. Dalton, 84 of Forsyth, MO, died Tuesday, October 5, 2021 in Branson, MO. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 in the KSE Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M to 12:00 P.M. Funeral service will follow at 12:00 P.M. with Pastors Randy and Robert Dalton officiating. Graveside service will be in the Patterson Cemetery, Bradleyville, MO.
Harrison Eudell Dalton was born on Tuesday, November 17th, 1936 to Stark and Emily (Grady) Dalton in Taneyville, MO. Eudell was a life-long resident of Taney County. He worked from owning his own milk route, working on Table Rock Dam, and driving a truck for many small trucking outfits. Eudell went to work over the road in Oklahoma City, OK in 1972 for Lee Way Motor Freight where he stayed until 1984 after the company closed. It was after that, Eudell went to work for Reinhart Trucking out of Branson, MO. While on the job there, he met and later married Tracy Miller from St. Joseph, MO. Eudell and Tracy were married on December 15, 1985 in Ozark, MO, and have shared their life for thirty five years.
Eudell loved driving a truck and he loved horses and cattle. After retirement, he began mowing in his neighborhood and mowed in surrounding areas as well. Eudell enjoyed fishing, hunting and he and Tracy went whenever possible.
Eudell is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Joe and Jeff Dalton; sister, Martha Holt.
He is survived by his wife Tracy Dalton; sons, Bill Dalton wife, Cathy, Randy Dalton and wife, Gail, Glenn Dalton, Steve Dalton and wife, Tara, Rob Dalton and wife, Anita, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
