Kim grew up in Forsyth, MO, graduating from Forsyth High in 1982. She had her son Brandon the next year and had her daughter Lacy in 1985. Kim’s caring nature drew her to the field of nursing, and she became an LPN in 1989, then an RN in 1996.
Kim met her husband Bruce in 1998, and they married in May 2001. Kim continued to work in the medical field as a nurse until she was medically discharged. Then after, she fell absolutely in love with caring for her grandkids and her dogs.
Kim’s kindness and compassion were apparent to everyone she met. No one was a stranger for long, and her love knew no limits. She was an angel on earth to everyone who had the pleasure of meeting her.
Kim will be sorely missed by those surviving her, including her husband, Bruce Trimble; mother Deborah Wilkey; father Jim Wilkey; son Brandon Cole and his wife JayLynn; daughter Lacy Brust and her husband Eric; stepson Carson Trimble; seven grandsons; brother Greg Wilkey and his wife Cassandra; three nieces; one nephew; many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, co-workers, and so many more. There is no possible way of ever forgetting this beautiful soul. She has left her beautiful mark on so many.
