Kimberly “Kim” Diann Denney, age 55, Branson, Missouri
Kimberly “Kim” Diann Denney, age 55, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on January 29, 2024. She was born on January 17, 1969, in Eureka, Kansas, to her parents: Tommy and Glenda Peacock. Kim moved to Texas and graduated from South Park High School in Beaumont, Texas, Class of 87! Following high school, she graduated from the delta nursing program.
Kim was an amazing homemaker for the last eleven years to her children and grandchildren. She loved to have her “table time” with her girls. Kim was an awesome shoulder to cry on and always had a way with words. She made sure to give the best advice she could to those that she held close to her. In her lifetime, Kim never met a stranger and became everyone’s mom. She loved to joke around and make someone smile when she knew that they were having a bad day or when they just needed to smile. The memories of Kim will be cherished forever by all who knew her.
Kim is preceded in death by both parents; her sister-in-law; nephew; and ex-husband.
She is survived by her bothers: Will Peacock of Nevada, Missouri, and Bill “Bull” Duren and his wife Jen of Kansas; daughter, Tera Denney and her boyfriend, Trey Platt and her children: McKynzee Gellermann and Jionni Garret-Gellermann and their dad, John Gellermann of Texas; Hayleigh O’Keefe of Missouri; son, Kristapher Kern of Bolivar, Missouri; daughter-in-law, Autumn Shockley and her children: Joze-Lynn and Kayson Kern of Texas; grandson, Robert “RJ” Best and his mother, Brianna Hall of Texas; caretaker, Nikki Dubios and her children: Richie, Zach and Paul of Arkansas; as well as all her “adopted” children.
Her memorial for family and friends in Kansas and Missouri will be held on Saturday February 3, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. next to Pickens Cemetery in Green Forest, Arkansas.
