Linda Gail Moore, age 77, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Friday, December 20, 2024 at Granby House in Granby, Missouri.
She was born January 24, 1947 in Joplin, Missouri the daughter of Lewis Doyle “L.D.” and Virginia Dale (Slinkard) Clemons. On June 21, 1964 she was united in marriage to Terry Moore, who preceded her in death on November 23, 2019. Also preceding her in death were her parents.
Surviving are her son, David Moore and his wife Sheri of Rocky Comfort, Missouri; daughter, Lani Prewitt and her husband Scott of Purdy, Missouri; brother, Tom Clemons and his wife Lynette of Defiance, Missouri; five grandchildren, Zachory Prewitt and his wife Katy, Jera Tichenor and her husband Mitchell, Charley Moore and his wife Emily, Brody Prewitt and Issy Moore and three great grandchildren, Miley, Jameson and Lennon.
Linda attended school in Wheaton, Missouri graduating from Wheaton High School in 1964. She was employed by Commerce Bank in Cassville as a loan assistant for several years from where she retired in 2014. Linda enjoyed going shopping and especially enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a member of New Hope Baptist Church in Purdy.
Graveside services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Monday, December 23, 2024 at Vineyard Cemetery in Exeter, Missouri, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville, Missouri. Pastor Lee Beck will conduct the service.
