Linda Sue Doonan, age 67, of Reeds Spring, Missouri.

Linda Sue Doonan, age 67, of Reeds Spring, Missouri, found her peace with God Monday morning, May 20, 2024. She entered this life October 29, 1956, in Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Gerald and Evelyn (Osborn) Jepson. She was joined in marriage October 11, 2022, to John E. Doonan.

Linda is described as a “once-in-a-lifetime forever friend.” Everyone who met her fell in love with her. Upon passing, John found more than 200 Facebook friends that she was currently in touch with recently. Linda was described as a Facebook addict. She was a painter, crafter, flower gardener, and a lover of all people. Linda loved her church and her church family dearly. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents; two stepchildren: Colleen Doonan and Brian Doonan; and a grandson, Bryce Ruhl.

She is survived by her husband of four years, Reverand John Doonan; four sons: Joshua (Jessica) Fausset of Palm Beach, Florida, Nathan (Kala) Fausset of Albany, New York, Seth (Melody) Fausset of Colorado Springs, Colorado, and Sean Doonan of Nashville, Tennessee; five daughters: Heather Doonan of Chicago, Illinois, Bridgett Doonan of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Jennifer (Jake) Parrish of Nashville, Tennessee, Lunna Doonan of Chicago, Illinois, and Alyssa McCarty of Reeds Spring, Missouri; twenty grandchildren: Amy, Ethan, Elssie, Elly, Ashley, Kirsten, Brandon, Brett, Ethan, Nathan, Savannah, Noah, Adeline, Jaxton, Kaitlyn, River, Isabelle, Nathan, Jon, Remmie, and Isabelle Fausset; six great-granchildren: Ashley, Ryder, Atlas, Jade, Willow, and Theodore; sister, Mary (Warren) Schmidgall of Topeka, Kansas; brother, Dwight (Kathy) Jepson of Kansas City, Missouri; and many friends.

A celebration of life will be 10 a.m., June 15, 2024, at the Yes! Church, 360 Emerson Road, Reeds Spring, Missouri 65737. With Pastors Danny Fullerton and Kris Jackson officiating. Her wish is that her passing would be celebrated rather than mourned. Do not feel obligated to wear black, but feel free to wear colors to remember her in celebration. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to faith-based charities to honor her relationship with her Lord.
