Mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister, Linda Tinker, passed away unexpectedly at her home in Branson on September 17, 2024.
A long-time resident of Taney County, Linda was born January 20, 1945 in Forsyth and graduated from Forsyth High School. She married the love of her life, Don Tinker, on December 12, 1963 in Walnut Shade. Together they raised their two sons, Tom and Michael. Linda enjoyed the outdoors, gardening and fishing. Her greatest love was her family and time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren was what she treasured most.
Linda will be deeply missed by her sons, Tom Tinker (Rita) of Branson and Michael Tinker (Jennifer) of Wailuku, Hawaii; grandsons, Dustin Tinker and Tyler Tinker (Sabrina); her great-grandchildren, Brinley and Layne; her brother, Bob Everett and sisters, Marilyn Albright and Krea Melton.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Addis & Francis Everett; her husband, Don; and siblings, Phyllis, Ralph, Joe and Ted.
Private services will be held by the family. Other arrangements were in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.
