Kaye met her husband Bill Edens in 1960 while he was working as an electrical engineer supervisor for the construction of the Table Rock Dam. They married on February 11, 1961, and were happily married for 44 years until Bill’s passing in 2005.

Kaye’s greatest love in life was her family and she will be deeply missed by them. She is survived by her children Doug Edens and his wife Juliet, Anna Kaczmarek and her husband John. She was a proud grandmother to Tom, Nicole, Jennifer and Rachel and great-grandmother to Vinny and Alice. She is also survived by her brothers, Leon Stallcup, Gary Stallcup and his wife Jan, John Stallcup and his wife Brenda along with many nieces and nephews.

Kaye was a lifelong, avid reader, as well as a talented painter, weaver, and quilter. Kaye was preceded in death by her parents Vernon and Mable Stallcup, her husband Bill Edens and sister in-law Joyce Stallcup.

Funeral services will be held at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory in Branson, MO on Saturday, September 14, 2024, with visitation from 2:00 to 3:00 pm and funeral services to begin at 3:00 pm. The burial will follow the service in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery adjacent to the funeral home.
