Marsha Rainwater

Services for Marsha Rainwater, 75 of Branson.

Services for Marsha Rainwater, 75 of Branson, will be Thursday, January 6, 2022 at 11:00 am at Branson Church of Christ with Elders Blaine Orr and Tim Kidwell officiating.  Burial will follow in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery.  There will be a visitation for Marsha on Wednesday evening, January 5 from 5:00 to 6:00 pm at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson.

Marsha Janette Rainwater was born on December 3, 1946 in Searcy, Arkansas.  She was one of six children born to Lawrence & Naomi (Patterson) Lenoard.  Marsha grew up in Arkansas, graduating high school and then attending Arkansas State University in Beebe.  

Marsha married Bob Rainwater on May 22, 1971 in Jacksonville, Arkansas.  Bob's career took the family to Alaska before moving to Branson.  Marsha was a devout member of the Branson Church of Christ and taught children's Bible Class for many years.  She was a long time employee of Taney County Title Company before her retirement.  She treasured her family and friends and her sweet spirit, love and devotion will be dearly missed.  She was a beautiful person inside and out.

Marsha entered into rest on Sunday, January 2, 2022 at her home in Branson surrounded by family.

Marsha was preceded in death by her daughter, Shelley Rainwater; her parents, Lawrence and Naomi; brothers, Tom and Wayne Lenoard; and sisters, Shirley Williams, Barbara Boyd and nephew, Coy Brooks. 

She is survived by her husband, Bob Rainwater of Branson; daughter, Kristine Copeland of Kenai, Alaska; son, Bobby (Tonya) Rainwater of Little Rock, Arkansas; sister, Sandra Brooks of Branson; four grandchildren, Alexandra (Josh) Jewell of Walport, Oregon; Spencer Copeland of Mesa, Arizona; Lucas Rainwater of Colorado; and Isaac Rainwater of Little Rock, Arkansas.  She was also survived by several nieces and nephews.
