Beloved mother, grandmother and sister, Otilia Bejarano Garcia, entered into rest on December 19, 2024 at the age of 70.
Otilia was born December 14, 1954 in Ojinaga, Chihuahua, Mexico to Arsenio Bejarano Valencia and Isidra Garcia. She grew up in Mexico before moving to Texas, and then to Branson twenty-eight years ago.
Otilia embodied being the matriarch to her cherished family after the passing of her own mother. She was the centerpiece of the family, hosting and cooking for family get-togethers and being the cornerstone to guide, support and help her family through life’s highs and lows. She had a heart for others and made a positive difference in all the lives she touched. She was a true friend and irreplaceable member of her family who will be deeply missed.
Otilia was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Concepcion Meza Villegas; her son, Jose Antonio Rubio; one brother, Conrado Bejarano; one sister, Victorina Bejarano, and one grandson, Diego Martinez.
She is survived by her children, German Vicente Rubio (Anna Rubio) of Floresville, TX; Luis Enrique Grado of Branson and Olga Lidia Rubio of Branson; her siblings, Edmundo Bejarano, Carlos Bejarano, Arsenio Bejarano, Alfredo Bejarano and Lidia Bejarano; ten grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A celebration of Otilia’s life will be held on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at 12:00 pm in Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson with burial to follow in Ozarks Memorial Park Cemetery, Branson.
