Richard “Dick” Casimir Musielak, age 82, of Ozark, Missouri.
Richard “Dick” Casimir Musielak, age 82, of Ozark, Missouri, passed away January 18, 2022. He entered this life October 6, 1939, in St. Louis, Missouri, the son of Casimir and Charlotte (Schumacher) Musielak. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Cordelia Nancy Freeman Musielak; son, Mark Musielak; and his dog, Bougie.
Dick was a devoted husband and father, faithful Christian, devout Catholic and die-hard Republican with a charismatic and outgoing personality. He spent the majority of his professional career as a chemical salesman, but his light shined the brightest and he was most in his element interacting with people, so his job driving the Branson Trolley in his later years was a perfect fit. Dick was a fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, as well as raw oysters and Heineken Beer. Add the occasional trip to the horse track, and he was a happy man. His life and antics have left memories to be recalled for years to come.
Dick is survived by his son, Paul David Musielak of Kimberling City, Missouri; three daughters: Cheryl Lynn Musielak-Kirchgessner of Ozark, Missouri, Michelle (Ward) Musielak-Slaton of Cumming, Georgia, and Pam (Douglas) Musielak-Worthy of Katy, Texas; five grandchildren: Kristen, Eric, Carl, Weston, and Walker; and six great-grandchildren: Jayce, Jackson, Audrina, Elijah, Charlotte, and Nicholas.
A memorial service may be planned for a later time. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Catholic Diocese of Springfield-Cape Girardeau (https://dioscg.org/). Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
