Robert Jay Ventura, age 74.

Robert Jay Ventura, age 74, passed away on March 12, 2024. He entered this world on November 10, 1949, in San Diego, California, the son of George and Mildred (Stewart) Ventura. Robert was preceded in death by his parents.

Proudly serving his country in the United States Navy, Robert moved shortly after to the Rocky Mountains. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Utah State University and worked as a global server maintenance technician. Robert was active in his community as a computer science teacher, NRA handgun instructor, member of the search and rescue team in the Rocky Mountains, and was a pilot. In his free time Robert enjoyed being outdoors, fishing, and bowhunting. Throughout his adventures many memories were created, and they will never be forgotten by those who loved and knew him.

Robert is survived by his brother, Lawrence (Carmen Harris) Ventura of Kissee Mills, Missouri; sister, Janeen Dell-Ventura of Crescent City, California; and nephew, Theron (Lenora) Ventura of Blue Eye, Missouri.
