Ronald Earl Wihebrink, age 83, of Cassville, MO
Ronald Earl Wihebrink, age 83, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Thursday, September 9, 2021 at his home.
He was born February 28, 1938 in Anderson, Indiana, the son of Harold and Thelma (Keesling) Wihebrink. On August 28, 1959 in Springfield, Missouri he was united in marriage to Judith Jordan, who survives. They enjoyed sixty-two wonderful years together. Also surviving are two daughters, Vickie Jansen and her husband Wim of Sunnyvale, California and Teresa Norton and her husband Bryan of Columbia, Missouri; one sister, Carol Wiseheart and her husband Bob of Sarasota, Florida; five grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren.
Preceding him in death were his parents and one sister, Nila.
Ronald graduated high school in Johnson City, Tennessee then after graduating took some college courses. He later joined the United States Army. After moving to Springfield, he was employed by City Utilities of Springfield for a few years, then by Hood-Rich Architecture. Later he worked for the US Forest Service from where he retired. A few of his favorite pastimes were fishing and hunting deer and turkey. He was passionate about helping family, friends, neighbors and strangers through the Red Cross. Most of all he enjoyed his family, especially his grandkids and great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M. until 3:00 P.M. Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
