Virginia “Ginger “Ann Harmon

Virginia “Ginger “Ann Harmon, age 72, of Bradleyville, Missouri.

Virginia “Ginger “Ann Harmon, age 72, of Bradleyville, Missouri, passed away Sunday, September 25, 2022, at home with family at her side. She entered this life July 14, 1950, in Hibbing, Minnesota, the daughter of Robert and Jean (Lindstrom) Johnson. Virginia is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Jackie Wayne Harmon; son, Robert Harmon; and two brothers: Marty and David Johnson.

A hard worker, Virginia did everything at full speed and made sure the task was finished before she would allow herself to stop. No excuses were tolerated as she was old school and ready to work. Virginia was a very caring, giving, selfless, and loving person. She had a listening ear for anyone needing to talk. Virginia was the “caretaker” of all her family and those many she adopted as her family. She made sure others were taken care of before she cared for herself. She enjoyed reading, listening to music, and being with family. Virginia was a great mother and grandmother. Anyone who knew her will miss the good visit, snacks and a solid hug.

Virginia is survived by her son, Shane (LeAnna) Harmon of Harrison, Arkansas; daughter, Sara (Aaron) Blair of Bradleyville, Missouri; ten grandchildren: Levi (Jennifer), Michael (Jamie), Jesse, Ethan, Eli, Olivia, Caleb (Gracie) Trevor, Layla, and Alanna; seven great-grandchildren: Wesley, Matthew, David, Urijah, Emerick, Kaiden, and Kynzlee; two brothers: Tom (Nigel) Johnson of Del Rio, Texas and Clifford Johnson of Oldfield, Missouri; three sisters all of Sedan, Kansas: Sally (Bob) Kennedy, Maggie (Jim) Hadley, and Kathy Bambery; along with many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

A celebration of life will be planned for a later time. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks. To leave an online condolence, please visit www.cremationsoftheozarks.com.
