Virginia Maudine Manning

Virginia Maudine Manning, 85, of Alton, Missouri.

Virginia Maudine Manning, 85, of Alton, Missouri, passed away with her family by her side, on November 14, 2024, at Hospice of the Ozarks in Mountain Home, Arkansas. She was born on January 25, 1939, in Lone Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of T Branscum and Retha (Martin) Branscum.

She raised four children whom she loved very much. Her children stated she was a great mother; despite all the spankings she had given them. Virginia loved spending time with her grandchildren. Another past-time Virginia enjoyed doing was cat fishing. Virginia married Dale Manning on January 11, 1986, they were really involved in teaching God’s word. They did revivals in Tennessee, Virginia and Florida. Virginia taught the adult class at the Assembly of God in Rover, Missouri for years. There is no doubt, Virginia is spending eternity with God.

Virginia is preceded in death by her parents and six siblings, Arlis, Glenda, Denver, Steve, Ilene and Bertie. She is survived by 2 siblings, Pierce and Louise, her husband Dale Manning, and 4 children Robin Baldridge, Jeff Baldridge, Billy Mounce and Tammy (James: a darn good son-in-law) Criner. She also leaves behind her grandchildren Jason, Jenny, Bryan, Josh, Cody, Logan, Amber Jo and a handful of great grandchildren and a few great great grandchildren. Not to mention, all the cousins, nieces, nephews, Dale Jr (Jan) Manning, Cheryl Manning and many more family and friends.

Arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas. Condolences may be left at www.DiamondStateCremation.com.
