From a very young age, he faced the challenges of living with epilepsy, yet he approached life with remarkable courage and resilience. His spirit shone brightly through his struggles, inspiring those around him with his strength and determination.

A graduate of Mountain Home High School, he had a deep passion for spending time with his family, diving into video games, and connecting with others in the online community who shared his interests. His love for cinema was evident, particularly in his enjoyment of shows like “Supernatural.”  He took great pride in his work at Wendy’s and embraced his independence, refusing to let epilepsy hold him back from living life to the fullest. His infectious laughter could brighten any room, and his kindness left a lasting impression on everyone he encountered. He truly made a positive impact on the lives of many.

Additionally, Billy leaves behind countless friends who treasured every moment spent with him. Each person who had the privilege of knowing him carries a piece of his legacy within their hearts.
